15 - 20min Meditations • 20m
This meditation is a two-part series known as the 'Blue Gap.' It's a meditation that allows us to merge into the infinite space. The first part works with pranayama, visualise, and the mantra SA TA NA MA. In the second part we'll chant ASHTANG, which is an eight rhythm mantra. SAT NAAM, SAT NAAM, SAT NAAM, SAT NAAM, SAT NAAM, SAT NAAM, WHA-HAY GUROO. These meditations are working on balancing the functional parts of the mind and allowing ya to go beyond the physical body and into the invite space, the 'blue gap.'
A perfect time to practice this meditation is on the Winter Solstice or Summer Solstice. The solstice is a time of reflection, transformation, turning inwards, and purification. This allows you to grow and manifest with the renewal of the sun. It is a time of deep inwards reflection as well as working on building your prana and light.
