We can overcome stress through releasing tension and inner conflict through our yoga practice. When you clear your energy field and connect into the infinite flow you can begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Enjoy a primarily seated meditative class using arm movements to clear your energy and finishing with a meditation to center yourself in your heart.
