We have the ability to build energy within the body through our breath, through food we eat and through the ay we think. In this yoga class we’ll work with breath of fire to stimulate the energy in the body. Breath of Fire is one of the foundational breath techniques used in the practice of Kundalini Yoga. We will build pranic flow within the body, the vital life force that supplies you with energy, power and the courage to create a happy life.
To finish we will experience a Magnetic Energy Healing Meditation. This is a great way to experience feeling energy between the hands and building pranic flow within the body.
