Balance the Chakras

This class will work on balancing the chakras. The chakras are energy centres in the body and run along the central axis of the spine. They are our renters of consciousness and have deeply profound effects on our lives. The lower chakras are energetically related to grounding and earthing in the physical. The upper chakras are energetically aligned to connect into the infinite and ethereal realms.
We’ll start with building our foundations and grounding our energy through physical postures. We’ll then move the energy up into the heart and uplift towards our upper chakras as we head into meditation.
Feel balanced in the physical and energetic bodies so you can connect deeply with your soul.
