Bring your mind into a calm and peaceful state with this quick breathing technique. By breathing through the left nostril you activate the nadi channel in the left side of the body. Ida Nadi is guided by the right hemisphere of the brain and left side of the body. It is a cooling and calming breath to soothe the nervous system.
