The spleen is located under the ribcage on the left side, opposite the liver, and has a very important role in purifying the blood and immune function. Stimulate through this area of the core to build nice strong abdominal muscles physically, as well as work on the energetic flow through the centre of the body. To close the class practice Nadi Shodana breathing, balancing the two opposing energies of Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi in the body. This class will improve your immune function, purify the blood and balance your mental health.
