We can sometimes be our own worst enemies. Negative self talk can prevent us from achieving our goals and moving forward in life. This self-animosity distracts us from the real gift of human life: the capacity to experience the infinite. Start with a simple tune up set, to bring your energy up the 'life nerve' through the back of the body. Move into a meditation to work on allowing you to come back to your center point though the use of breath. In this calm state our lower mind and ego can move to the side so we can listen deeply to our intuition.
