Having a strong and stable nervous system allows you to manage stress and keep your nerves under control in tense situations. To strengthen the nervous system we will focus on recentering the energy at the navel through active postures and powerful breath work. We'll then move into a calming meditation to finish, using a ten-sniff breath to calm the mind and body.
