Strengthening the Stomach
I AM HEALTHY ~ Sadhana Series • 38m
This class will strengthen the stomach and boost you immune function. The stomach is one of our main places where digestion occurs and has an important role in your overall health. As you get older your digestive system becomes weaker so you can use your yoga practice to support the function of your digestive system. This class will use a lot of churning movement through the navel, as well as a special breath pattern to balance through the pituitary gland (the master gland) to balance and cleanse the body. The final mediation will boost immune function through a pranayama practice known as ‘Lions Breath.’
This class can be practiced on its own or as Day 9 of our I AM HEALTHY Sadhana Series ~ An 11 day series to build your healthy and immunity: https://app.goldenyogionline.com/i-am-healthy-sadhana-series
