There are two ways to live, one as a divided person or one as a divine person. The ultimate goal of our yoga practice is to come back into connection with our true selves, where we can experience divinity. This is a great class to practice in the morning to bring some movement into the body and tune up the nervous system to centre within yourself. Move through a 1 minute breath before relaxing in Childs Pose to feel calm and centred.
