Circulation & Meditative Mind
June Week 1 • 37m
In yogic teachings we describe the mind as having three elements. The positive mind, negative mind and the neutral or meditative mind. By balancing the positive and negative elements of the mind we can come into our neutral or meditative mind where we can go deeper within. When we get stuck in the negative mind we can end up in a downward spiral where we cannot move forward with our lives.
Meditation brings you back into the neutral mind where you can accurately analyse what is going on around you, filter your thoughts and come back to the center point within yourself where you are connected to your higher self. In this class we will build pranic flow in the body to bring you back into the meditative mindset to promote happiness and joy.
This class can be practiced on it's own or as Day 9 of our I AM HAPPY Sadhana Series ~ An 11 day series to expand your energy field and cultivate joy, radiance & happiness: https://www.goldenyogionline.com/i-am-happy-sadhana-series
