Developing the Positive Mind

In yogic teachings we look at the mind as having three facets - the positive mind, negative mind and neutral mind. When we get stuck in our negative mind we get caught in a downward spiral where we can't get out of our own way. By allowing ourselves to switch into the positive, we can have a better outlook on life, feel more energetic and open ourselves up to all the possibilities that life has to offer. The Positive Mind sees the positive essence of all situations and beings. It is expansive and allows you to become naturally optimistic.
Finishing with a meditation using the mantra 'Har Har Har Har Mukanday' we will transform the energy from the lower chakras upwards into the infinite connection. This mantra will liberate you from the physical body and mind to access the infinite connection within.
