We are all born happy and positive with a balanced mindset, however as we move through life our thoughts tend to become negative and we can get stuck in this negative mindset. This meditation will coordinate the hemispheres of the brain to create balance and bring you into your neutral mind. The first part of the meditation will work with a mantra to bring the brain back into optional function, before moving into a meditation at the crown chakra for the second part of the class.
