Sat Kriya is one of the most powerful poses and meditations in the Kundalini energy system. It works on drawing energy upwards, transforming the energy from the lower chakras into the upper chakras. It stimulates the naval to bring Kundalini energy up through the body to elevate consciousness and transform your energy field. This powerful yet simple class utilises just two postures. The first is Sat Kriya, chanting Sat on the inhale, Nam on the exhale to bring you into your truth. The second is frogs, circulating pranic flow through the entire body to build a solid foundation. You will feel uplifted and tuned into higher states of consciousness!
