We can be our own biggest obstacles sometimes. Coming back to your centre point and connecting to your intuition is key to getting out of your own way. Allow yourself to get over the negative mind and clear any past experiences that are blocking you. Todays class will start with some warm up before moving into through a 9 minute meditation series using breathwork combined with movement to move through the blocks that are holding you back in life. Expect to feel light and full of prana! The perfect morning meditative practice to fill you with energy for your day ahead!
