Awakening the 10 Bodies

Although it is easy to forget it when we’re going about our daily lives, we so much more than just our physical body. In Kundalini philosophy we have not one but ten bodies! These bodies are made up of our one physical body, three mental bodies and six energy bodies.
1st Soul Body
2nd Negative Mind
3rd Positive Mind
4th Neutral Mind
5th Physical Body
6th Arcline
7th Aura
8th Pranic Body
9th Subtle Body
10th Radiant Body
Each body has different qualities that manifest when in balance, and certain tendencies that become apparent when weak. Keeping these bodies in balance allows us to go deeply within and access our soul.
In this class we will work with movement, breath and chanting to move the energy throughout these ten bodies and bring balance to each body.
We will finish with a Laya Yoga Meditation, which is known as the highest form of yoga. Directly stimulating the energy flow up through the bodies to rise Kundalini using sound and the bandhas, we will connect in deeply to our souls.
