Kundalini Yoga is so much more than just a physical practice, it is an energetic practice working on transforming your energy from the base of your spine to your upper chakras to elevate and uplift your energy. Move a lot through the body to stimulate the flow of energy up the spine. Finish with a pranayama practice to create harmony between the two opposing energies in the body, Surya (sun) and Chandra (moon). When our energy is in balance we feel calm, centred and uplifted.
