It is common to feel depressed when you are overwhelmed with fear and insecurity. These emotions can weigh you down with heaviness in your energy field, making you feel stuck and trapped. When you are consumed by negativity your energy field becomes very weak and small, making it harder for you to attract positive opportunities and feel optimistic. Through this active class we will use the breath to balance the mind and the brain, as well as jumping movements to release depression from the body and soothe the nervous system. This active class will release you from your depressive funk, allowing you to let go of any fears and insecurities so that you feel light and bright!
