The physical practice of yoga adjusts our glandular system and the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is known as the guardian system for your health so by stimulating the lymph nodes we can detox the body and strengthen our immune system. This class will take you through a lot of movement and self massage before moving into our peak pose - Bow Pose. This deep backbend massages the front of the body, the lower back and the kidneys.
