A physically challenging set that including postures such as frogs, sat kriya and rocking bow. The hypothalamus is important in regulating the body to stay in homeostasis. This hypothalamus regulates our appetite, thirst, mood, sleep - all the basic functions of our body. As we move through our yoga postures we will create harmony in the glandular system. Create length and stretch out the back of your body. Then finish with a meditation working with a mantra to transform the energy upwards and balance the energy in the brain.
