Start with a simple yoga set with poses such as ego eradicator and spinal flex to get your energy flowing through your body before moving into Cross-Heart Kirtan Kriya meditation. This meditation uses mudra and mantra to rebalance the mind and let go of lingering insecurities ad anxieties that are affecting your life.
