Prana / Apana Balance

Through this class we will work on creating a balance of prana and apana energies in the body.
Prana comes in through the breath and is energetically held at the heart center. Apana is the downward elimination flow both physically and energetically which comes through the lower chakras.
These two energies meet at the navel point and when in balance allow us to feel harmonious and in tune with ourselves. In this class we will center energy at the navel to create a nice balance of prana and apana flow ato create harmony within the body.
Through this class we will centre the energy at the navel, bring the energy up into the heart and bring ourselves into a calm space within the heart centre. This will allow us to go very deep into our breathing meditation to calm the nervous system, bring clarity to the mind and center us in the heart.
This Kriya is great to balance the body and mind, as well as detox and get rid of anything you are holding onto that no longer serves you. Expect to feel centred, light and in balance!
