Self care is integral to having energy to keep up with the things we love in life. Yet quite often we can push ourselves to our limits without taking time for self care. Tune up your energy flow and make space for self care in this pranayama and mantra based class. Combining postures with breathwork and mantra is a powerful way to come into balance in the mind, body and soul. Finish with a long deep relaxation which can be followed by a nap or even before bedtime!
