Create vitality in the physical body, as well as vitality in the mind in this active class finishing with a mantra meditation. You will build strength and power in this core focused class, moving through active poses to strengthen the navel. We'll tap into the abundance of energy located at your navel centre, balance through the lower energy centres and create a sense of grounding. We'll then move our focus to the upper energy centres, using breath of fire to build energy and vitality, and channel energy up into higher states of awareness. Finish with a mantra meditation chanting long Sat Nam's to clear your energy and leave you feeling full of vitality!
