Creating Internal Balance

This class will work on releasing emotions and balancing the glandular system. We'll stimulate energy flow through the body, as we move this energy we bring the chakras into balance. As we align the chakras we can also balance the glands, allowing us to bring the whole system - energetically and physically - into complete balance. Through this practice we will use a powerful pranayama to burn through any negative emotions we are holding onto. We will return to our center point where we can live life with ease and manage our emotions. Expect to feel balanced through the entire body!
This class is the perfect kriya to practice on the Spring Equinox. As spring arrives we awaken from our winter hibernation to plant the seeds of intentions for the months to come. Spring equinox is a powerful time to cleanse ourselves and spring forward into action with our intentions and new habits.
In nature, Spring is a time of change, which makes it an easier time to clear out old habits to help us to prepare for our new intentions moving forward. When we stimulate the Glandular System it helps to cleanse the body and rebalance the energy flow. This meditation will take you on a journey to the infinite connection, balance your energy (chakras), and bring power to your intentions.
