Experience Boundlessness
All Kundalini Yoga Classes • 39m
Go beyond your busy, crazy mind and access that quiet, restful space of infinite connection. To reach the subtle realm of ether where we are boundless by nature, we must first ground ourselves into the earth. Start at your foundations with poses to create a solid and grounded base. Our meditation will then launch you into the realms of Infinity by focusing on drawing energy up the spine to the 'Tenth Gate.' The Tenth Gate is the located at the crown of the head and allows you to have the experience of being beyond the physical body, beyond the mind, and into the beautiful infinite space. You will feel grounded and stable while at the same time connected to the infinite.
