This pranayama based class will bring your breath into balance, influencing your entire emotional balance and perspective. How you breathe has a large impact on how you feel and the function of your nervous system. When your breath is shallow, we feel anxious and on-edge. When you breathe deeply from the diaphragm, you feel calm and centred. We will align your breathing patterns to bring in a sense of calm to your entire being. Finish with a meditation to encourage a change of perspective and bring you into emotional balance through alternate nostril breathing.
