Chakra Balance Meditation
All Meditations • 18m
Chakras are centers of consciousness. The chakras are energy centres in the body and run along the central axis of the spine. They are our centers of consciousness and have deeply profound effects on our lives. The lower chakras are energetically related to grounding and earthing in the physical. The upper chakras are energetically aligned to connect into the infinite and ethereal realms.
This meditation will bring a harmony of balance up through the chakras and expand your Aura. As we balance our chakras we attract positive opportunities our way and develop our greater mind. From this place we can trust our intuition from within and allow our inner wisdom to shine through.
We'll chant the Mantra 'Hare Har' to ground through the lower chakras and uplift through the upper chakras, creating balance through the whole system.
This meditation is the perfect meditation to practice on the Spring Equinox, or anytime you would like to come into perfect balance and connect to your intuitive guidance within.
