Go beyond the physical body by getting out of your own chaotic mind and experience the infinite. Center your energy and balance the hemispheres in the brain through the use of postures combined with mudras. Working with the mantra 'SAT NAAM SAT NAAM SAT NAAM SAT NAAM SAT NAAM SAT NAAM WHA-HAY GUROO' we will go through a meditation to ride through stress and sudden shock. As you chant you can break through any thought patterns that are negatively affecting your outlook in life and disturbing your peace of mind. This class will allow you to let go of stress and return to our spiritual center.
