Balancing the Vayus
I AM ABUNDANT ~ Sadhana Series • 38m
Energy moves through the world and flows through each of us. This energy, known as Prana, moves through our bodies through what is known as the Vayus. Vayu translates to wind, and are responsible for the flows of energy that move through our body. Although they are subtle, the Vayus have large impacts on how our bodies feel. By balancing the Vayus through the physical body we can feel more open, uplifted and positive. We will finish with a beautiful long meditation working on our Prosperity Flow. Move through any blocks in your pathway and clear your future to allow great wisdom and knowledge to come to you.
