Dealing with your Own Mind
I AM CALM ~ Sadhana Series • 41m
Sometimes our minds are our own worst enemy. It's hard work to control the mind, yet once we learn to control the mind, the mind will serve us. The mind is the link between you and Infinity. Through this class we will use mantra to break through the cycle of 'citta vritti' or mind clutter, let go of negative thought patterns and move back to the neutral meditative mind. This will allow you to feel calm and centred. Finish with a meditation using left nostril breathing to stimulate Ida Nadi and bring you into a beautiful calm state. Let go of anything that no longer serves you, leaving you feeling light, bright and centered.
This class can be practiced on it's own or as Day 5 of our I AM CALM Sadhana Series ~ An 11 day series to calm your nervous system and center your mind: https://app.goldenyogionline.com/i-am-calm-sadhana-series
