A beginner friendly class to allow you to cleanse the body to feel light and beautiful! By bringing your attention to your navel center we can move energy through this powerful area of the body. The body is always natural cleansing itself, however we can support cleansing and elimination through guiding the way energy flows through the digestive system. Moving through a series of postures, we will focus on building core strength and stimulating energy to create elimination flow. Also use Breath of Fire, a commonly used breath pattern in Kundalini Yoga, to purify and cleanse the entire body physically and energetically. Expect to feel cleansed, light and centred within yourself!
