Release fear that is stored within your body. Fear is energetically stored in the lower back and relates the kidneys and the adrenals. We will stimulate through the lower back in poses such as backends and twists to unlock any stored fears. Cleanse the physical body and release energetic blocks that are holding you back. We'll move into a more meditative second half of the class with Sitali Pranayama, a cleansing breath to let go and release emotions such as fear, anger and frustration.
