Raise consciousness and awareness in this active and uplifiting class. Through our yoga set we will pressurise the lower nerve plexus through working a lot at the navel center to transform our energy upwards. We will develop flexibility and endurance in the physical body through poses such as Kundalini Lotus Pose and Frog Pose. This will set us up to go very deep into our meditation.
Free yourself from the past and become open to future creative possibilities. Our meditation will open and expand through the crown chakra to open a portal between the physical body and the infinite. As we connect into our infinite, our minds are opened to an infinite experience.
