Release Tension & Rejuvenation
30 - 45min Classes • 38m
Use self massage techniques of applying pressure at certain areas to release tension and move energy through every part of the body. When energy is stagnant in the body you can feel stuck, heavy and tense. This gentle kriya stimulates the energy to move, relieving built up stress and tension and allowing you to feel light and relaxed. Finishing with an 11 minute meditation for rejuvenation, use a pranayama to balance the Prana and Apana Vayus in the body. These opposing energies govern the downward and uplifting flows of energy. Balancing these vayus will allow you to feel refreshed, relaxed and ready to take on whatever life brings!
