Activate the Power of the Navel

Todays practice will bring power and activation to the navel point. In kundalini yoga, we stimulate the kundalini energy at the base of the spine to power up the navel. Through this class we’ll build strength through abdominal muscles while also connecting to the Nabhi center at the navel. Nabhi refers to the nerve plexus around the navel point, known as the Third Chakra.
This is a great kriya to cultivate will power, self esteem and empowerment by connecting deeply within through our navel center.
We’ll finish with a meditation often referred to as the Morning Call. This works on clearing through all seven chakras and your aura. As you balance the energy flow up through the chakras you will merge into the infinite connection and experience your own soul.
