Body Adjustment to Elevate Spirit

As we move the body we exercise the muscles which moves energy flow through the nadi channels and meridians. Through moving the energy we can elevate the spirit and connect to the soul. This class will start off quite active, moving the physical body and tuning up the energy flow in the body to set us up for a very deep meditation. Our meditation will work with a mantra to develop the positive mind and elevate spirit. This meditation will build your intuition and amplify anything that you think about. When you are in this state give your thoughts and most positive projections for health, happiness, and connection. This is a powerful practice for manifesting your dreams and connecting deeply to your soul.
