This class will allow you to move through any anger and any energetic blocks in the body. The first half of the class will be more active as we clear our energy through rapid movement and shaking. The second half of the class will allow you to relax and reset as we go into a deep hypnotic state through the use of mantra.
When the energy at our heart center is not circulated properly, it can make us angry, limited, intolerant, and uncommitted. Sometimes it can be difficult to shift from this negative state into a more productive, happy and uplifted state of mind. We are all built to be wise, intelligent, peaceful, and helpful. Sometimes get caught up in building our outside world, rather than expanding and nurturing our inner world. This class will allow you to let go of anything that is no longer saving you and connect deeply to your inner self.
