The heart is the center point of the chakra system and represents the balance between the physical realm and subtle realm. It is the balance point between the lower foundational chakras that relate to our earthly needs, and the upper chakras which relate to higher states of consciousness. The Heart Chakra relates to our ability to feel love and compassion. When the Heart Chakra is balanced and open we can freely experience compassion, love, selflessness, and healing. We’ll use breath of fire to build pranic flow at the navel and transform our energy into the heart. As we bring energy into the heart space we’ll go deep into meditation. We’ll chant the mantra Omg So Hum to connect us into the heart space, and chant Sat Nam to connect to our own soul truth.
