When you look at life through a negative perspective you can often become paranoid and fearful. This class will work on the mind through challenging movement of your arms and back-bending. You will learn how to drop into your neutral mind where you can ride the fluctuations of the mind. Finish with a meditation developing your 'halo' - the energy field that surrounds your head.
