Use the breath to create strength and balance in your energy. Your breath is a powerful way to create a harmony of balance in your energy flow. Your two main Nadi channels, Ida and Pingala, run from each nostril down through the centre of the body and are responsible for keeping the opposing energies in the body balanced. This class will start with some breathwork before moving into more active poses to build your prana. Finish with a relaxation to allow your energy to settle and center at your heart. Create a beautiful balance of energy flow between the navel (power centre) and the heart (love & compassion) so that you feel strong and balanced within.
