We've all felt tense through our shoulders and neck at some point, especially if you work at a computer. It's common to hold stress and tension through this area. Today's class we'll work with arm movements to release tension through the shoulders and neck to allow energy to flow freely up into the head. This is a great class to prepare the body and mind for a seated meditation
