This class will cleanse some of the main elimination channels in the body to leave you feeling light and balanced. Yoga is a key way to support the natural cleansing and elimination flows in the body. This class will take you through twisting and churning movement in the belly to activate healthy elimination flow. Use mantra to keep your mind focused and allow you to come into your neutral meditative mind where you feel calm and relaxed. End with a seated silent meditation to allow you to drop into our parasympathetic nervous system to feel nourished and healthy.
