I AM HEALTHY ~ Sadhana Series

This series will work with the physical body by cleansing the body physically and moving the energy flow through us. We'll work with the digestive system, helping with elimination flow, cleansing the liver, cleansing the lungs and supporting our immune system by stimulating the thymus gland. Through these classes we'll combine movement of the physical body with breath practices to power us up with lots of energy and create a strong and healthy body. At the end of the 11 days you will feel balanced and centered.

Sadhana means spiritual daily discipline. Doing a home yoga or meditation practice can be hard to be consistent and keep motivated. This I AM HEALTHY series will move through the physical body by cleansing the organs and awakening the energy flow throughout the body. Over the 11 day series, we will be supporting the digestive system, cleansing the liver, purifying the lung, and boosting your immunity. The Kundalini Yoga classes will be 30 minutes a day combining physical movement with breath practices and meditation to develop a healthy body and mind.
