Deep relaxation comes through releasing tension in the body as well as softening in the mind. Release tension and stiffness as you move through active poses combined with breath of fire, such as stretch pose and forward bending. Be taken through a short pranayama series of alternate nostril breathing in the middle of the class to balance the nervous system and steady the mind. End with a brief relaxation to allow the effects of the kriya to wash over you.
