Enjoy a class of forward bending to stimulate the lower back, where the kidneys are found. Energetically, the kidneys relate to releasing fears so if you find yourself very fearful or have lost your stability in life this can manifest as lower back pain. This yoga set will work on creating a stimulation of energy flow through the lower back to help release these fears. To finish work with the mantra 'Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Wahe Guru, Wahe Jeeo,' allowing you to merge into the infinite space and purify your energy.
