Your nervous system is your wiring system that triggers energy flow in the body. When your nervous system is out of balance your body will enter its fear response of flight or flight more easily. This might feel like a racing heart, shaking of your hands, or your stomach turning. As you build and strengthen your nervous system, you will be able to step into your power and become fearless. Start this class by adjusting through the brain before moving into some challenging movement and forward bends to settle the nervous system. Finish with a meditation to cleanse the mind, using the powerful mantra Gobinday Mukanday. When you chant, the nervous system becomes synchronised, and your flow of thoughts moves with the higher self. This particular mantra is powerful for cleansing the mind and removing fears to allow you to build a strong protective energy surrounding you.
