New to Kundalini Yoga? Dive right in and join the Beginners 28 Day At-Home Challenge to commit to a daily yoga practice for the next 28 days. Experience 28 days of mindful movement, connection and bliss as you develop your own personal sadhana.

Sadhana means spiritual daily discipline. Doing a home yoga or meditation practice can be hard to keep consistent and motivated, so we have created this 28 day calendar to follow along and stay committed to your practice. Once you have experienced the magic of a consistent yoga practice you'll wonder how you got through the days without it!

This calendar begins with an 11 day Beginner Yoga Course to become aquatinted with the basics of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. During the remainder of the 28 days you will be taken through a variety of different classes to move energy through your body, calm your mind and uplift your spirit! You will feel light, bright and full of radiance at the end of the 28 days!

What to expect:
~ One class daily for 28 days
~ Classes ranging from 10mins - 45mins
~ Spotify playlists to use alongside your classes
~ Develop your own personal Sadhana (daily spiritual practice)
~ Feel amazing in your body and calm in your mind!
